The present-day emblem of Kletsk was approved by the Kletsk town council by Resolution No 106 of November 29, 1999 and was included in the emblem list of the Republic of Belarus on December 21, 1999. The emblem features a golden “German shield” with a duke’s crown and a hunting horn with gold accessories.

The hunting horn is an element of the Radziwills ancestral emblem Truby. The duke’s crown underlines that Duke Nikolai Radziwill the Black received the Kletsk Duchy in 1558 as a present.
