Physical culture, health and sports work with the population in the district is carried out by the "Kletsk sports and health centre" (with a swimming pool and a sports hall). A modern gym "Kletsk sports and health centre" is located in the building of the regional center of culture. There are sports halls in Shchepichi, Zubki, and Moroch for the conduct of physical and mass work in rural areas.
